AIIMS MBBS was earlier a separate entrance exam for admission into the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). But now, admission to AIIMS MBBS is done through NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency).
So, if you want to get admission into MBBS at AIIMS, you must appear and qualify in NEET-UG.
