AIMA MAT (Management Aptitude Test) – MBA Entrance Guide

What is AIMA MAT?

MAT (Management Aptitude Test) is a national-level MBA entrance exam conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA). It helps students get admission into MBA and PGDM programs offered by over 600 B-Schools across India.

MAT is accepted by many private and AICTE-approved management institutes.

    4. Pay the fee online

    5. Book exam slot (for CBT or IBT)

    • One Test: ₹2100

    • Two Tests (e.g., CBT + IBT): ₹3300


Mode of Exam

  • MAT can be taken in any of the following modes:

    1. PBT (Paper-Based Test)

    2. CBT (Computer-Based Test)

    3. IBT (Internet-Based Test from Home)

  • Candidates can choose 1 or more modes while applying.

  • Cutoffs vary for each institute, usually between 60–90 percentiles
