How to Apply (Online/Offline)

• Online: Visit the official PIBM website and fill the online admission form for the desired program. Application fee payment (₹1000) can be made digitally.

• Offline: Download the application form from the site or mobile app, fill it out, and submit with a Demand Draft of ₹1000 payable to “Pune Institute of Business Management” at Pune.

Entrance Exams

• Accepted Scores: CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, MAH-CET or PMAT (PIBM’s own Management Aptitude Test).

• PMAT: For those without valid national test scores, or low percentiles, PMAT is conducted via CBT mode, covering quantitative, verbal, logical, and data interpretation skills.

Selection Criteria

• Written Test (Drives analytical and business aptitude evaluation)

• Group Discussion (GD)

• Personal Interview (PI)

• Entrance/aptitude test score

• Weightage for prior work experience.

Admission Timeline (2025)

• Application window: December 2024 to March 2025 for PMAT

• CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAH-CET, MAT, ATMA: As per their organizing body schedules; major deadlines—CAT: Sep 13; XAT: Dec 5; PMAT exam: Mar 23, 2025; MAH CET CAP deadline: Sep 15.

• Selection rounds (GD-PI): Start soon after shortlisting based on test results; typically March–May.

• Final admission/fee payment: Within days of receiving offer letter.
