Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University (MJRP) is a private university in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It was started in the year 2009. The university is named after Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole, a great leader who worked hard to help women get equal rights and education. The main goal of this university is to give students both good knowledge and hands-on skills to succeed in life.

MJRP is approved by many government groups like the UGC (University Grants Commission), AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education), and more. It is also approved by special groups like the Bar Council of India (for law courses) and the Pharmacy Council of India (for pharmacy courses). The university even works with groups in other countries, like the Macmillan Research Group in the UK, to help students with international learning and scholarships.

The university first began with a small arts college. Over time, it opened many more colleges and schools under its name. Some of them include MJRP College of Education, a school for nursing, a college for veterinary science (for animals), and more. Now, MJRP teaches many subjects such as fashion design, education, health care, agriculture, home science, management, computers, science, law, commerce, and engineering. Some of the most popular courses are MBA in Agribusiness, B.Tech, LLB, LLM, B.Sc in Agriculture, M.Sc in Agriculture, biotechnology, and fashion designing.

MJRP is the first university in Rajasthan to be named as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research. This means it is trusted to do important research work.

The campus of MJRP is big and spread across 100 acres on the Jaipur-Delhi highway. It has modern buildings, labs, workshops, a library, seminar halls, and an auditorium.
