1. Eligibility Criteria:

   • For B.Sc in Nautical Science: Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
   • For B.Tech in Marine Engineering: Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

2. Application Form:

   • Candidates can apply online through the Indian Maritime University website.

3. Submission of Application:

   • Completed application forms must be submitted along with required documents before the deadline.

4. Documents Required:

   • 10th and 12th mark sheets, transfer certificate, character certificate, and ID proof.

5. Entrance Exam:

   • Admission is based on the IMU CET (Common Entrance Test) conducted by the university.

6. Merit List:

   • The university will publish a merit list based on IMU CET scores.

7. Counseling Process:

   • Shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling, where they can choose their preferred course.

8. Fee Payment:

   • After selection, candidates must pay the admission fee to confirm their seat.

9. Reporting to College:

   • Candidates must report to the college for document verification and orientation.

10. Start of Classes:

• Classes usually commence in August or September, depending on the academic calendar.
