The Department of Management Studies (DoMS) at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) was established in 1947 and is one of the oldest and most prestigious management schools in India. It is accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), ensuring high standards of education and industry relevance. The department is located right within the IISc campus, allowing students to benefit from the vibrant research environment of one of India’s premier science and technology institutions.

DoMS offers a specialized Master’s degree in Management Studies (MMS), designed to prepare students for leadership roles in various industries. Admission to the program is competitive and requires candidates to clear entrance exams such as GAT, CAT, or GMAT, ensuring that only highly motivated and capable students get admission.

The campus itself is spread over a large, beautifully maintained area, providing a serene and inspiring environment for study and personal growth.
